Subscription/Membership Guarantee and Refund Policy
We feel strongly that your subscription/membership to The Janitorial Center will provide you with information and knowledge you can use to start, expanded, and improve your commercial cleaning or janitorial business.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, let us know and we will make it right! We want your BASIC, STANDARD, PRO or ELITE membership to make a positive difference in your business! We offer many downloadable items that are available immediately after purchase, therefore we cannot offer refunds on these packages. One could simply sign-up, download our content and then ask for a refund and they would receive all these items for free. We do allow you to upgrade or downgrade your membership as long as the services in that membership have not yet been fulfilled. You can always upgrade with no questions asked.
Subscription/Membership fees in most states are deductible as a business expense. Check with your tax consultant or accountant for advice on this matter.

Downloadable Forms, Documents and ebooks:
These items are non-refundable
Logo Designs and Web Design:
These items are non-refundable, however, in most case have an unlimited number of revisions. Changes to website content is always free of charge as long as you provide us with the content. We are not responsible for images you provide us with! If you provide us with an image, clipart or photo that is copyrighted and we are served with A DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) complaint, we will take down your website immediately! If legal action ensues we will take appropriate action on our part to protect our legal interests.
Marketing Lists and Email Campaigns:
These items are non-refundable, however, we do offer unlimited revisions to your marketing lists until you are happy with the data for your area. Again this is material we provide you with and once sent it is impossible to take back.
Appointment Setting Services:
We only offer refunds on our appointment setting packages on any appointments not set, less 20% or the cost of the marketing materials acquired for your campaign. On packages that contain a dedicated marketer we will refund the difference on appointments not set, less 20%, less the dedicated marketers hourly rate. Refunds are only issued if we have exceed the campaign end date by 30 days. Refunds are NOT given if a prospect fails to show for a set appointment, however we wil replace that lead free of charge. We are not making sales for you, our appointment setting is just a tool and will only be as good as your sales skills.
Account and Business Start-up Packages:
These packages are all done through written contracts that must be signed and notarized by you and returned to our office. Governing law for these contracts is the state of Florida and as such there is a three (3) day right of refusal. If within three (3) days you change your mind about the package you purchased 100% of your money will be refunded to you. After this time frame we may (at our discretion) issue a refund less any expenses we have incurred in establishing your package. In general Account Packages and Startup Packages are considered non-refundable.
Consulting Services:
These services are non-refundable although we will consult with you until the questions you are seeking or information you need has been attained.
Toll Free Numbers:
You can cancel anytime and receive a prorated refund of the days left in that month.
Return Policy on Products Shipped to Customers:
Customer must contact The Janitorial Center within 5 days of ship date.
Customer will pay shipping charges to return any and all products to P.O. Box 5801 Clearwater, Florida 33758-5801. The Janitorial Center will give you a Return Product Authorization number (RPA) and address to ship the product to. There will also be a 15% restocking fee withheld for all returned products.
Products must be shipped back immediately. No Returns Allowed after 5 days of ship date.
A refund will be issued after the returned product has been received, or a replacement item will be shipped upon receipt of the returned product. We value our customers and will work with you on every instance that we can to make sure that your experience with us is a pleasant one!
Note: All equipment sales are final and covered by factory warranties
